User Management

This screen allows you to add/edit and delete users into the system. The action on the right is used to reset the users password.

The user detail screen will allow you to set the fields for the user. If you are doing a new user creation you will see an option for password to be set as well.
Restrict Scope is a feature that prevents the user from seeing any customer, lead or opportunity unless they are assigned to it as the appointment setter, sales rep
or they were the one whom initially entered the record.

 

 

Example : How to add a user

 

 

In this example we are going to add a new user to the system
Admin->Manage->Manager Users

 

Step 1: Add new user

 

 

 

Step 2: Enter the user information and hit submit
